Shipping Costs

• Shipping is free within New Zealand on orders $100 and over,
• otherwise its a flat rate of $9.99 per order for standard shipping within New Zealand

Shipping Locations

We delivery nationwide in New Zealand and delivery is to physical residential or commercial addresses only. (Not PO Boxes)

International shipping can be arranged by contacting us at info@thermatech.co.nz or 03 928 1411.

Local Pickup

If you live in Canterbury, you can choose to pickup your order from our shop at 250b Annex Road, Middelton Christchurch. We will get in touch with you to let you know the order is ready to collect.

We are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Shipping Timeframes

Goods will be dispatched within two days of confirmation of payment and will be delivered to the physical address provided (not PO BOX), by a reliable New Zealand courier company.  Delivery to a New Zealand address is estimated to be 1-3 working days.

Estimated delivery times for rural delivery addresses is 5-6 days, depending upon location.

Please note that if the order is received when our office is closed, or on a Friday night, the delivery times may alter.  Where possible, you will be notified of any unexpected delays.
